I’m Dr. Althea Blake, an instructional designer, curriculum developer, and certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with over a decade of experience creating meaningful learning experiences. My work combines strategy, creativity, and compassion to design eLearning, presentations, and training materials that truly meet the needs of diverse learners while ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and on scope.

I hold a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership, which gives me a strong foundation in educational theory and evidence-based design. Along with advanced training in WCAG-compliant, accessible eLearning development, I’m passionate about designing courses that are interactive, intuitive, and inclusive, backed by the operational discipline to successfully lead high-stakes learning initiatives from vision to execution.

I am deeply committed to creating courses that set learners up for success, bridging achievement gaps through thoughtful and intentional course design.
